How we can help
Our guides explain phone lookup results and reporting patterns. CallRecords does not currently offer a direct contact form or accept new unwanted-call complaints.
1. Help with a phone lookup
Enter a 10-digit US number, including its area code, to check the accepted complaint records in our dataset. Search results show reporting history, call topics and call types when matching records are available.
If a date window has no matching reports, choose All Data to check the complete imported history. A missing report does not confirm that a caller is legitimate or a number is safe.
2. Report an unwanted call
CallRecords is an independent information service. It does not accept new consumer complaints or forward messages to a government agency. Searching a number does not submit a complaint.
To file an unwanted-call complaint, use the national reporting service. That service has its own eligibility requirements, privacy practices and submission process.
3. Understand records and caller identity
A reported caller ID may have been spoofed, mistyped or reassigned. CallRecords cannot verify the caller’s identity, determine number ownership, investigate a complaint or change the original record held by another publisher.
For context on report counts, missing dates, call categories and location summaries, read the Data Disclaimer or About Our Data. Verify unexpected requests through a contact method you already trust.
4. Privacy and use of the service
CallRecords currently does not offer a direct messaging, support or privacy-request form. Do not enter passwords, identity documents, payment information or other sensitive details into a phone-number search.
The Privacy Policy explains browsing information and search URLs. The Terms of Use describe how the service may be used.
